BOUNCE BACK: MASTER THE ART OF FALLING

Bounce Back is a free 8-week movement series for adults 55+ focused on improving balance, building strength, and increasing confidence. Participants will learn practical techniques for falling safely and getting up from the floor with ease in a supportive environment. Led by NMFAC yoga instructor Emily Kent, who brings her experience working with Pilobolus to this program.

2026 USA POWERLIFTING NMFAC CLASSIC II
Community
We’re thrilled to host our second meet, 2026 USA Powerlifting NMFAC Classic II (CT-2026-03), a sanctioned meet open to all levels of athletes. Expect a professionally run event complete with USAPL standards, official referees, gear checks, and full support from our coaching staff. More importantly, it's a day built around community, camaraderie, and celebrating strength together.
